As the rental market is a night mare right now everyone at paramount has gone above and beyond to help me find a home. If you have never dealt with a property management company I strongly recommend them. Their properties are well maintained and staff is friendly. Thank you paramount for helping me find my new home.

    I lived in one of their sleazy apartments in Bremerton for a year. From the day I moved in it was a disaster. They look awful, outdated, paper thin walls, and in a very sketchy area with no security at all. The building doors are suppose to be locked but they are ALWAYS being propped open. One of my first days there, my next door neighbor told me they were infested with roaches. I didn’t see any for awhile because the since we had just moved in, they sprayed down the apartment. After a couple months we were getting them all over the kitchen! I requested many times for them to spray. They always sprayed for me, I’ll give them that. But they always came back! Why? Because they’re going to come back unless the whole building is sprayed. The whole building is infested! I had a couple issues with the maintenance too. My fridge leaked the entire time I lived there. I put in a request, they came and looked at it, said there was no leak. So my fridge just leaked for a year. It would go in puddles under the drawers and get moldy. I’d have to frequently clean it. My bathroom fan was getting loud and stopped working, so I put in a request. Took 3 requests in TWO WEEKS before I got a response. Guy said he fixed it and told me nothing about why it was loud. Then I get billed after moving out for it being loud from being dirty and they had the clean it!!! What?! Sorry for being young, but I had no idea that was the reason it was loud and that I needed to clean it? I feel as though the maintenance guy could have at least told me that. I had called in one day asking for tips on how to fix things that I would be charged for on my security deposit. There were a couple spots on the walls from using command strips. The guy was like “oh that’s fine just use paint I’ll have a guy bring you some to match the walls” great! How nice, right? Well the guy never came and so I asked again but through text. He replies “put in a maintenance request on the portal and stop texting me on my personal phone” ok sorry I didn’t realize something you told me you’d already do was a maintenance request. Last time I used that portal I got ignored for two weeks. I put my request in and they replied “we don’t keep extra paint” oh ok nice thanks.. One time we got an email from them being directly accused for not picking up our dogs poop. I was so confused. Then one day when I was outside with my dog, my neighbor asked me if I also got that email. They sent the SAME email to everyone who has a dog accusing them of it being theirs! The dogs poop being left out there was bigger than our whole dog. I know for the most part from what I see online, paramount has some pretty decent properties. And I see good reviews on here. So I’m wondering if maybe they treated us badly because we lived in a crappy cheap apartment rather than a newly updated $2000/mo house. All I know is, I’d never rent from them again. We left our place spotless with only a few things damaged and my roommates and I are each getting triple penetrated my them

    Poor staff, management and maintenance. Has cockroaches that are a reoccurring issue. Will take your security deposit money and more in the end to renovate the apartment and try again and again to screw you in any way. Brought up issues multiple times to the the head manager himself and was told not to worry about it and got charged in the end. Don’t live here unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else. All these 5 stars are most likely from friends of the management in a bad attempt to raise the ratings, the bad ratings are from people who’ve actually lived there. We knew someone who lived in the apartment right next to us who was asked to leave because she kept complaining about the roach problem. Unfortunately your reply to my review isn’t entirely accurate. I unfortunately for the people already living there am accurate. Sad to say but it is all true. Don’t believe these people.
